Bringing Agency to small businesses

How AdPrompt will help drive adoption:

AdPrompt.Ai is in MVP with 80+ small (Boise, Idaho based businesses) users actively running campaigns, validating the demand for accessible AI-driven ad tools. These early adopters have reported streamlined marketing campaign setup, seamless zero-click (auto) execution and improved targeting. AdChain’s blockchain infrastructure is in early Alpha development, with a prototype demonstrating successful tokenized (AdToken)ad transactions in a test environment. This dual development strategy (application + infrastructure) means the team is capturing users now via AdPrompt while building the scalable network effects of AdChain. The two components will converge as AdChain comes online, seamlessly migrating AdPrompt’s growing user base onto the decentralized network.

Aligning Incentives, how we scale and White-Label Agency Opportunity

A key go-to-market angle is empowering the thousands of small and mid-sized ad agencies that serve local markets. AdPrompt.Ai will be offered as a white-label platform for high-velocity boutique agencies to onboard their local media inventory (e.g. local websites, digital billboards, CTV, radio streams) on to the network, thus further building out the AdChain network. This makes previously isolated local ad slots exclusive to AdChain and now can be discoverable to AI buyers globally. With local digital ad spend surging (expected to reach 52%of all local advertising by 2025 ), agencies can tap into new revenue by exposing their clients’ inventory to broader demand via AdChain. Several regional agencies are in discussion to pilot this, seeing it as a way to modernize their offerings under their own brand while AdChain operates in the background.

Market Opportunity & First-Mover Advantage:

AdChain is positioning to be the first mover in blockchain-based, AI-native programmatic and hyper-local ad buying. The opportunity is vast. The programmatic advertising market is already~$678 billion in 2023 and growing ~22.8% CAGR, and blockchain in advertising is a nascent space projected to explode to ~$350 billion by 2032. No incumbent bridges AI and blockchain in ad tech today: competitors either focus on AI optimizations within traditional, legacy systems or on blockchain for transparency, but not both. This gives AdPrompt.Ai and AdChain a chance to define the category and capture outsized market share. Success could mean AdChain becomes the ubiquitous infrastructure for all media buying agents (human or AI) in the future, analogous to how programmatic exchanges became standard in digital advertising.
